Data source

Pinterest scraper

A narrow source, and worth it in the categories where it works: Pinterest accounts are built to sell something, so the account name is almost always a real business name — which is what the website lookup matches on.

How it works

Accounts are found with a site-restricted search against pinterest.com. Pin, search and ideas URLs are filtered out, leaving profiles.

No login and no interaction with your own account.

The profile carries no email address, and its bio link is not read — that would mean fetching the profile page itself, which none of these platforms serve without a login. What the profile does give you is a business name and a place, and that is enough: GoLeadX looks the business up by name and city to find its own website. That site is then crawled for contact details. GoLeadX fetches the site's homepage and up to two contact-ish pages — contact, about, impressum, kontakt, imprint, team, support — and pulls every address, phone number and social link it finds, preferring an address on the business's own domain over a free mailbox. Every address is then checked for syntax, for a valid MX record on its domain, and — where SMTP verification is enabled — with a real probe against the receiving server. Results come back labelled valid, risky or invalid, and disposable domains are dropped.

What you get back

FieldWhere it comes from
Account nameFrom the profile title, cleaned.
Profile URLThe public account page.
Email + statusFrom the business's own website, found by name lookup, then verified.
WebsiteThe site the name lookup matched, where it found one.

What it is good for

Home, interiors and renovation

Designers, furniture makers and renovation firms use Pinterest as their portfolio and link every board to their site.

Weddings and events

Planners, florists, photographers and stationers are unusually concentrated here.

Craft, food and e-commerce sellers

Small makers driving traffic to a shop — the account exists to sell, so it is named after the shop.

What it cannot do

  • Outside the home, wedding, craft and food categories the yield drops sharply. This is a specialist source, not a general one.
  • Business and personal accounts look the same in search results, so some rows will be individuals rather than companies.
  • Pins, boards and follower data are not collected.

Questions

01 Is Pinterest worth spending credits on?
In its categories, yes — accounts here are named after real businesses more consistently than on TikTok or Instagram, so a larger share of them resolve to a website and therefore to an address. Outside those categories, spend the credits on Maps or web search.
02 Can it find who pinned a specific product?
No. It finds accounts matching a keyword, not the activity on an individual pin.

Other sources

Every plan includes all eleven. Running two on the same niche costs only the credits — results deduplicate, so the overlap is not charged twice.

Try it on a niche you know

The fastest way to judge any source is to run it against a market you already understand and check the rows against what you know. That takes about a minute.
