Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GOLEADX at goleadx.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

GOLEADX searches publicly available sources for business contact information, verifies email addresses where possible, and lets you export the results as a CSV file. We provide the tool; we do not guarantee that any particular business, contact or volume of results will be found, nor that every address will be deliverable.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for everything done under your account. One account is for one customer — do not share credentials or resell access. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to break these terms.

Plans, credits and billing

• The dashboard requires an active paid subscription.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. A credit is consumed per lead returned, and an additional credit per email address verified.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. Unused credits have no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the transaction.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use GOLEADX to:

• send unsolicited bulk email that breaks the law in your market or your recipients’;
• collect data about private individuals rather than businesses;
• harass, defraud, impersonate or target anyone;
• resell, redistribute or publish the raw output as a data product;
• circumvent our credit limits, reverse-engineer the service, or run automated requests against it outside the provided interface;
• break any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam regulations.

You are responsible for your outreach. Exported data becomes yours to control, and complying with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, ePrivacy, CASL and any local rules — including consent, disclosure and opt-out requirements — is your obligation, not ours.

Data sources

We collect only information that is publicly accessible and we respect the rate limits of the sources we query. Third-party platforms change constantly; a source may become slower, return fewer results, or stop working entirely without notice. We will keep the service working as best we can, but availability of any individual source is not guaranteed.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control can cause downtime. Search results are held only for your session — export anything you want to keep.

Intellectual property

The software, brand and interface remain ours. The leads you export are yours to use within these terms. You may not copy or reproduce the service itself.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business, damage to sender reputation, or the consequences of how you use exported data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless prevented by law. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced by email to active subscribers before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
